Fuel shortage

Our Commitment to Service Continuity

We are closely monitoring national discussions regarding fuel disruptions in some parts of the country.

The safety and well-being of people with disabilities living in our local communities, and of our staff who support them, remains our highest priority.

Our Current Status

At present, we are closely monitoring national discussions and are experiencing varying impacts on service delivery across regions.

What this means for Participants, Supports and Communities

  • Services will continue to operate.
  • We are taking reasonable steps to reduce non-essential travel.
  • Flexible, remote, online or hybrid service options may be used if required.
  • If fuel disruptions become more widespread or prolonged, we will develop a response plan to allow us to adapt quickly while continuing to prioritise safety, connection and continuity of care.

Staying Informed

Should changes be required, updated information will be shared with affected Participants, Supports and Communities, and published on this website.

We understand that uncertainty can be concerning. Please be assured that we are actively monitoring the situation and remain committed to supporting people with disabilities, their families, and communities in safe, thoughtful, and responsive ways.
