The Behaviour Support and Functional Impairment Assessment is designed to assist with applications for Capacity Building and Improved Relationship Funding (Behaviour Support) under the NDIS. This assessment evaluates the participant's behaviours of concern, associated risks, and functional impairments.

- A detailed evaluation of behaviours of concern and associated risks.
- Functional impairment analysis using validated tools such as the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and WHODAS 2.0.
- A risk analysis outlining potential consequences if necessary supports are not funded.
- Clear recommendations for behaviour support funding and hours in line with NDIS requirements.
The assessment is conducted under 10 hours of Improved Daily Living funding and supports participants in applying for additional Capacity Building funding through Improved Relationships.
